- 1-2 T butter
- 1 large shallot (2-3 T)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8-10 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large tomato (about 1 cup), sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley for garnish
Add mushroom and tomato; season with salt and pepper, then cook till desired texture is reached (5-10 minutes for soft mushrooms and tomatoes with a bit of body to them - ymmv).
Adjust seasoning and serve.
